All sales are final, except as set forth herein. Mission Models accepts returns of product from the original purchaser within 7 days of receipt ONLY for products that are damaged in transit (e.g. leaking or broken bottles). Mission Models will not accept or refund open bottles or products damaged by the customer after delivery. Timely notice must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and a return authorization issued by Mission Models before returning any merchandise as an authorized return. Customer must inspect all products within seven days and timely inform Mission Models in writing of a return request based on non-conformity; failure to do so shall be deemed customer’s “acceptance” of the products within the meaning of the California Commercial Code. Photos of damaged product must accompany return requests. Products not purchased directly from Mission Models are not subject to return to Mission Models and must be returned to the original seller. Mission Models is not responsible for any taxes, duty, VAT, customs or other fees on the receiver’s end. All other returns are at the sole discretion of Mission Models, and if accepted, are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the gross purchase price paid without credit for freight costs.
